Manage the parts department and oversee all aspects of parts inventory, sourcing, and distribution
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all parts transactions and inventory management systems
- Coordinate with suppliers to source and purchase parts, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels and demand planning
- Oversee the fabrication of custom parts as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department, including proper storage and labeling of parts
- Provide technical support to the service department by identifying and sourcing the correct parts for repairs
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in identifying parts needed for repairs

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Parts Manager or similar position
- Proficient in data entry and inventory management systems
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
