Start Date:    August 2024 (exact date to be determined)
Hours:        7.50 hours/day, M-F during the school year
Rate of Pay:    Per SEIU-West Agreement

Required Skills/Training:    
Grade 12 diploma, or equivalent, from a recognized institution
Secretarial/office education training at a recognized institution, or related experience would be an asset
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Demonstrated knowledge of methods, procedures and equipment used in maintaining an office
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in accounting and banking skills
Proficiency in the operation of computers, word processing applications such as Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Publisher, database systems, circulation and cataloguing and additional software comparable to those currently used in the school division
Proficiency in and/or initiative/ability to learn MySchoolSask  student data system
Possess keyboarding skills with which to produce accurate work in a time efficient manner
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team player
First Aid/CPR would be considered an asset

Requirements:    
Current Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check upon employment
Familiarity and understanding of the practices of the Roman Catholic Faith
