+ Interview patients to obtain and process information required to provide veterinary care and services.
+ Greet patients, schedule appointments, using computerized system, receive and record payment for services, and direct patients to appropriate areas.
+ Make follow up calls.
+ Monthly reminders call to book upcoming appointments.
+ Maintain and keep the reception area clean.
+ Email clients and other A veterinary facilities.
+ Copy and scan files
+ Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices and reports
+ Open and ensure quantity of incoming regular and electronic mail and deliveries and daily orders and co-ordinate with office manager.
+ Schedule and confirm appointments
+ Order office supplies and maintain inventory
+ Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
+ Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
+ Determine and establish office procedures
