Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

Reporting to the Project Coordinator, this position will manage the daily activities of warehouse operations, primarily focusing on procurement and issue of equipment to field staff. The Warehouse and Logistics coordinator will also be responsible for inventory management, warehouse organization, documentation, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with suppliers for equipment orders.
- Load and unload deliveries as required.
- Ensure all orders are signed off with correct product and quantity.
- Prevent inventory shortages by optimizing stock levels.
- Use computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and
  Outlook.
- Stage supplies for field crews.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse daily.
- Issue specialized gear and personal protective equipment.
- Runner duties as required.
- Assist mechanical employees in shops.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Must have a valid class 5 drivers license (Class 3 an asset).
- Previous experience in supply chain and operations or similar
  discipline.
- Time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in high
  paced environment.
- Physically capable of performing required duties.
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently.

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- After hours work on callout basis
