Description

As a manufacturer and supplier of aviation ground support equipment, AVRO GSE supports equipment throughout North America and knows the urgency of reducing downtime and understands the pressing need for immediate support and service in the aviation industry.
AVRO GSE operations are based in Emerald Park, SK just outside Regina where we undergo service and operational activities for all equipment categories and distribute throughout North America.
We are currently looking for a resourceful and competent Deliveries Co-Ordinator, to meet increased capacity requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:
    Manage the delivery process of Avro orders ensuring accurate, timely and well-executed shipments.  
    Uphold and support the Avro GSE Customer Service Commitment for equipment deliveries

Critical Success Factors:
    To ensure outgoing logistics are arranged in a cost-effective and timely manner.
    To ensure outgoing shipment documentation is complete and accurate.
    Maintaining operative contact between Operations, Sales and Customers throughout delivery process



The ideal candidate will be/have:

    Strong social intelligence, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    Understanding of working in a group environment
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Strong knowledge of export shipment processes, including customs and government regulations
    High school diploma or equivalent, with a college or university degree
