Facility: MENTAL HEALTH OUTPATIENT
Job Description: Reporting to the Primary Health Care Manager SW3, the Social Worker will provide direct service to children, youth, and their families accessing pediatric therapies services, including the Autism Spectrum Disorder Program and Developmental Therapy Services. Working with an integrated team, this position will offer services including individual, group and family counseling, case management, intake and assessment, and public education/consultation.  
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Social Work
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours
Ability and willingness to work co-operatively and effectively with other staff members, and external partners
Ability to adapt to changing conditions
Ability to be self-directed, creative, and collaborative, in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position
Ability to conduct client assessments and engage in effective treatment planning
Ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of professional conduct and judgement and ethical behaviour in the provision of counselling services and other areas of practice
Ability to demonstrate initiative, independent judgment and organizational skills
Ability to develop, lead and maintain family-centered, integrated case teams, using Wraparound principles and including individuals from the clients' formal and informal support systems  
Ability to effectively counsel and work with individuals, families, and groups
