Description

Living Hope Ranch is a 12 month, faith based on-site program for female teens, 13-17, who are struggling with life-controlling issues. We offer a structured environment that fosters personal growth and prepares residents for success in their relationships and careers.The mandate of this position will be to move LHR towards onsite operations with focus in the following area:
The Executive of Fund Development is the key management leader of Living Hope Ranch, Inc. They are responsible for: designing and administrating the Fund Development Program, fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Director.
This position is remote but requires travel.
Professional Qualifications Needed
A bachelors degree.
Transparent and high integrity leadership.
Five or more years senior nonprofit management experience.
Experience and skill in working with a Board of Directors.
High level strategic thinking and planning.
Ability to envision and convey the organizations strategic future to the staff, board, volunteers and donors.
Ability to effectively communicate the organizations mission to donors, volunteers and the overall community.
Demonstrated ability to oversee and collaborate with staff.
A history of successfully generating new revenue streams and improving financial results.
Active fundraising experience. Excellent donor relations skills and understanding of the funding community.
Previous success in establishing relationships with individuals and organizations of influence.
Solid organizational abilities, including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation.
Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision making and reporting.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including public speaking.  
Strong work ethic with a high degree of energy.
