Looking for an energetic person with attention to detail, able to problem solve, excellent customer service, able to handle a fast paced environment, and multitasking. Must be reliable.
The right candidate must be available to be trained and, after being trained, to work all shifts (from 7am to 3pm, from 3pm to 11pm, and from 11pm to 7am). Shifts include weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Some duties to be performed include maintaining an inventory of vacancies, reservations and rooms assignments; check in and check out guests; answer enquiries regarding hotel services in person, by telephone or email; providing information about services available and respond to guests' complaints; compile and check daily reports, guest accounts and receipts using computerized and manual systems; present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
