Job Description:
We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson/Leasing Agent to join our team. This key position will play a significant role in conducting property showings, managing move-ins and move-outs, and expanding our property management portfolio by identifying and securing new properties.

Responsibilities:
Conduct property showings to prospective tenants.
Manage move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for all parties.
Identify and secure new properties for management.
Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
Utilize property management software for record keeping and managing client interactions.

Qualifications:
Proven sales abilities and strong closing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with property management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
Experience in property management is a plus.
