1- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to business operations, expenses for fuel, maintenance, and other operating costs.
2-Maintain accurate and thorough vendor records.
3-Disperse and monitor pretty cash resources.
4-Process invoices for services rendered and ensure timely payment. Manage accounts receivable by invoicing customers for shuttle services provided, baggage delivery and tracking payments received.
5- Analyze costs associated with operating the shuttle service, such as fuel, vehicle maintenance, and personnel expenses.Identify areas where costs can be reduced or efficiencies improved.
6- Prepare annual budgets for shuttle service operations based on projected revenues and expenses. Monitor actual performance against budget and provide regular updates to management.
7- Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to transportation services, including sales tax on ticket sales and any applicable payroll taxes. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
8- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide analysis and commentary on financial performance.
9-Maintain inventory records for fuel, vehicle parts, and other supplies necessary for operating the shuttle service. Reconcile inventory counts with financial records regularly.
10-Work closely with operations staff to track and manage the shuttle fleet's depreciation, maintenance costs, and replacement schedule. Provide financial analysis to support decisions on fleet expansion or replacement.
