1-Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls. This may involve answering queries, forwarding messages to appropriate parties, and drafting correspondence.

4-Overseeing the general upkeep of the office environment, including ordering office supplies, managing equipment maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
5-Providing administrative assistance to staff members as needed. This may include preparing documents, creating presentations, filing paperwork, and assisting with various tasks to support day-to-day operations.
6-Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible and properly archived. This may involve scanning documents, labelling files, and implementing document management procedures.
7-Greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments. Office administrators often serve as the first point of contact
