In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the entire recruitment process, collaborating closely with a dedicated client in the agriculture industry, their hiring managers, and teams. Your mission is to delve into their unique staffing needs, ensuring precision in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for enduring placements. But that's just the beginning!

As the Recruitment Advisor, you will:
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job postings, social media, and networking events.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will bring:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of identifying and hiring top talent
Higher education in Human Resources or Recruitment such as the RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter), or a Diploma in Human Resources would be an asset.
A strong knowledge and understanding of the agriculture industry.
