Description

1.    Assist in publicity and promotion of MABIC services and events for both internal and external audiences.
2.    Working with the corporate solution department for contents creation
3.    See to the effective use and setting up of media equipment for all MABIC events and meetings.
4.    Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material.
5.    Performs other duties as assigned.

Skill Requirements
1.    Must be tech-savvy.
2.    Previous experiences in the same role will be an added advantage
3.    Computer skills with knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and email.
4.    Must be a respectful, caring, and citizen-centred person who can work as a team member.
5.    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in working with diverse groups
6.    Ability to organize, prioritize work and manage time effectively

Qualification
    Minimum of post-secondary education at any level
    Clean Criminal Record and vulnerable sector check
    You are under 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
    You are a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act*; and
    You are legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and
    Relevant media knowledge will be an added advantage.
