Description

Co-ordinate the volunteer activities of human service agencies, health care facilities and arts and sports organizations
1.    Provide input regarding youth and young adult needs for programs and services
2.    Provide personal and emotional support to youth and young adult as required
3.    Conduct research about programs and activities that attract and sustain youth and young adults in the church
4.    Assist youth and young adult in developing their careers
5.    Involve in seeking out information on community resources of benefits to youth
6.    Conduct research about programs and activities that attract and sustain youth and young adults in the church
7.    Help with airport pick ups and transportation needs of the youth and young adults
8.    Performs other duties as assigned.

Skill Requirements
1.    Minimum of post secondary education at any level
2.    Must have fair knowledge of youth organization in a church setting.
3.    Previous experiences in the same role will be an added advantage
4.    Must be a respectful, caring, and citizen-centered person who can work as a member of a team.
5.    Computer skills with knowledge of Windows, MS Office, email.
6.    Exceptional communicational and interpersonal skills in working with diverse groups
7.    Ability to organize, priorities work and manage time effectively

Qualification
    Minimum of post secondary education at any level
    Clean Criminal Record and vulnerable sector check
    You are under 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
    You are a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act*; and
    You are legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation.
