Description

The position will be a salaried management position reporting to the Executive Director.  The Operations Manager will supervise programming staff and overall be responsible for daily operations and human resource functions for the organization.  In both these capacities the Operations Manager will be supported by the Executive Director.

The Operations Manager will make informed decisions and implement efficient solutions based on financial oversight, aligned opportunities and operational capacity to ensure that CHEP Good Food thrives.

The Operations Manager assists the Executive Director in the administration of the organization in accordance with Board policies.
