The Guest Services Agent is a true ambassador for the Delta Regina. Our Guest Services Agents support our guests for through every stage of their stay with us, from the making of the reservation to check out and beyond. They provide exceptional service to our guests and uphold all manner of brand standards.
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Fluent in English, written, verbal and reading. Must possess excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
Proficient/familiarity with Opera and Night Audit experience is an asset. Must be available evenings and weekends.
