Description

The Role
As a member of the technical services department, you will report to the specialist, information management. This role provides document control and technical systems support to the technical services team at our corporate office. You will administer document control processes with accuracy and efficiency facilitating the transmission of documents between engineering teams and vendors. You will work a hybrid work schedule with regular weekly presence in the Saskatoon office. The details of this flex work arrangement will be discussed with you in the recruitment process.

In this role, you will:
-Be responsible for delivering project document control in accordance with Camecos procedures ensuring compliance with Camecos processes for controlled and not controlled documents
-Be responsible for project filing, archiving, retention and handover preparation, electronic document flow and distribution within project teams (supply chain management, engineering and vendors)
-ensure effective and efficient management of project and functional department documents to a high degree of reliability for security, version, visibility and availability while maintaining a controlled reliable audit trail
-Support and enable adoption of new processes and digital tools

Required:  
-Certificate or diploma in administration
-Three to five years of relevant work experience
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail

Recommended:
-Experience with electronic file sharing networks or web-based document management systems
-Previous experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments
