The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for various accounting tasks including payroll, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles and experience in Sage Accounting.Duties:Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner,Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies,Manage accounts payable by reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and processing payments,Assist with account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records,Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close processes,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.Receiving and recording cash and cheques,Managing transactions for cash and cheques with banks Using bookkeeping databases,spreadsheets,and software such as Microsoft Excel, Sage Accounting as examples.This position requires minimum of two years accounting experience. Experience with specific accounting software programs, such as Sage Accounting, is required.This position will be stationed in head office in Moose Jaw, SK
