Description

Must have the prior knowledge of the use of bakery equipment like dough Molder, bread mixer, dough divider, Confectioner Oven, good dough texture, slicing and bread packaging technic.
Must have knowledge of bread recipe and mixing knowledge in production of sweet, soft and fluffy bread, dough development and baking knowledge
