We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant for our client in an urgent to fill role. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the smooth operation of their busy office and assisting their team in many vital tasks. You will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with an extremely high level of discretion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Administrative Assistant you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative inquiries, both internal and external, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Act as the first point of contact for the company, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the team, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts.
QUALIFICATIONS
As the Administrative Assistant, you will bring:
Ability to work independently as a self starter and also be part of the team.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and assist with personal tasks for management.
Ideally, previous experience working in a client-facing role with regular detailed, and highly confidential interactions.
