Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standards.
Prepares and serves nutritious meals consistent with food regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.
Follows the menu and recipes assigned for the week. Plans to ensure that food items that need to be cooked are ready at the time of preparation.
Follows portion control standards and addresses dietary restrictions as required.
Ensure food safety procedures are executed according to policy and health/sanitation regulations; execute daily opening and closing procedures.
Ensure workstation is maintained, cleaned, and restocked as needed; Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a kitchen.
Monitor inventory levels through ordering to ensure product availability Executes all start-up and close-out procedures for kitchen and deli stations.
