The Role
As the training coordinator you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the site training team to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform their tasks.
You will develop new and update existing training programs in various areas utilizing Camecos Systematic Approach to Training (SAT). You will employ solid adult learning principles and consider the latest and leadingedge training technology and other digital solutions where practical and applicable.
In this role, you will:
-Review training key performance indicators to identify training deficiencies
-Develop prioritized training plans for coming months, including resource allocations
-Communicate with site departments to identify training gaps and evaluate training effectiveness
-Collaborate with other site training teams to aid in the standardization of training where possible
-Coach and develop your team, providing assistance as required
Required:
-Bachelors degree in human resources, adult education or a related field
-A minimum of eight years of experience in adult education or occupational training
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-Experience utilizing technology in the development and delivery of learning
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Recommended:
-Experience with learning management software such as SuccessFactors
-Solid understanding of different adult learning methodologies and resources
