Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the RN/RPN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care on PRC Nursing Services Float Pool.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)

It will be desirable if you possess a knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques involved in performing nursing services relating to the care of patients on PRC Nursing Services.  This knowledge is commonly obtained through previous experience in long term and special care nursing.  The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requires a criminal record check (CRC) from every potential SHA team member. The CRC must be dated within the past six (6) months and be satisfactory to the SHA. A vulnerable sector check (VSC) is required for individuals providing patient/resident/client care to vulnerable persons.
