RSE Exteriors Ltd. is an ever-growing exterior company which operates in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba. We are in search of a full-time administrative support person/receptionist to join our team.
General front office duties include:
Answering and dispatching phone calls
Greeting customers and assisting with inquiries and payment processing
Managing packing slips, mail sorting & the occasional shipping tasks
Document scanning and filing.
Administrative duties will include but not be limited to:
Monitoring and processing of numerous email accounts such as payables and receivables, service requests and customer quote inquiries
Maintaining schedules and fleet information
Entering all vendor invoices and credit card receipts
Preparing vendor and credit card statements for accounts payable
Some safety management may be required.
We are looking for someone who is mature and organized, possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is open to learning new tasks. Applicant must be comfortable working independently and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Sage Accounting.
