In coordination with the Canada Summer Jobs grant Regina Transition House is seeking 2 mature and hard working HR summer students to support a number of on going HR projects. We are looking to provide candidates with HR knowledge opportunity to develop their HR skills and build or experience in a supportive environment. Position Description and Key responsibilities:
The successful candidates will report to the Operations Manager and will work with the Administration Team to support the following projects as directed;
Tracking system development for grant and funding cycle: support for tool development including research and cycle mapping
Scheduling system refresh to meet expanding needs: support for tool development including use of Excel
Policy, Training, and Program Manual organization and development
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Office Administration
Applicant must be Canadian Citizen/PR/Refugee under the immigration and Refugee Protection Act (As defined in Page-2)
Proficient in Excel
Valid Criminal Record check including Vulnerable Sector
Knowledge and Skills:
