Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of bakery staff, including bakers and sales associates.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring that opening, closing, and inventory control processes are followed.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of bakery staff.
Implement strategies to enhance customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales targets, create schedules, and assign work based on business needs.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure the store is providing quality products and services.
Maintain stock and inventory levels, placing orders as needed to meet demand.
Assist in planning promotions and marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
Enforce compliance with safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and other store-related data.
