We seek an experienced Accountant with exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. The successful candidate will analyze complex financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide strategic insights to HQCs leadership team to support decision-making processes within the organization. This position presents a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial future of our organization.

Required Qualifications:
    Undergraduate degree in Business or Commerce, majoring in Accounting or Finance.
    Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
    Some experience working in the public sector.
    Knowledge of various computer software  Advanced skills with database and spreadsheet programs (Access and Excel), and word processing programs (Word), as well as advance experience with accounting software including Sage 300.
    Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
    Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
    Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
    Excellent communication, with a proven track record of effectively presenting financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy, committed to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Must be able to work on-site.
Must provide and maintain a satisfactory criminal record check.
