FULL-TIME / PART-TIME Youth Care Worker/Personal Support Worker

Work Hours: Weekdays 23:30-09:30, 15:00-00:00, Weekends and non school days 08:00-20:00, 09:00-21:00, 10:00-22:00, 11:00-23:00, 12:00-00:00, 23:30-11:30

Ranch Ehrlo is seeking highly motivated individuals to fulfill the rewarding role of Youth Care Worker/Personal Support Worker (YCW/PSW).

YCW/PSWs fulfill the role of providing day-to-day care for children, youth, and/or adults who have experienced many challenges and benefit from the support and role modeling of understanding and compassionate adults.

Work schedules with shift rotations that allow for 3-5 days break between shift rotations
Evening, weekend, and overnight shifts which provide many individuals the flexibility to attend classes, coordinate childcare and allow plenty of time for outside interests
A fast-paced environment where you are active with youth out in the community doing activities such as swimming, hiking, fishing, and attending community events.
Excellent work experience for those looking to work in the fields of education, social work, nursing, corrections, or policing

Eligible Applicants Will Possess:
High school diploma
A valid class 5 or novice 2 drivers license with a clear driver abstract history
An outgoing personality with a desire to build genuine relationships with children, youth and/or adults
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to display empathy, patience, and understanding in day-to-day interactions.

Wage range: Full/Part-time $23.62 to $30.54 per hour depending on experience.
