Facility: Clinical Standards & Provincial Clinical Networks
Job Description: As part of the Clinical Standards & Provincial Clinical Networks portfolio, Facilitation Specialists will work with and coach senior leaders on planning processes, measurement design, large scale change, and innovation and partnerships.

Specialists will be key in leading and supporting activities across the SHA in support of achieving our strategic priorities. Specialists will coach and support all leaders on the consistent use of tools such as driver diagrams, A3s, measurement cascades, project management tools, and change cycles.

They will demonstrate knowledge and experience with innovative approaches such as design thinking and complex system theory, while having a solid understanding of measurement for improvement, planning, quality improvement, project management and facilitation.

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or diploma in health and management related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Experience
5 years experience at a specialist level who has developed and led innovative planning and programs in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Advanced knowledge of legislation and applicable laws
Demonstrates and is recognized for strategic and operational leadership that includes articulation of mission, vision and strategy and charts a path forward
Demonstrates commitment to a diverse, culturally competent and culturally safe health system and representative workforce
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity
