Young's Equipment Inc., Southern Saskatchewan's largest Case IH agricultural equipment dealership is looking for an Ag Machinery Salesperson who is diligent and self-motivated with a strong agricultural knowledge to join our Watrous team. The Role You Will Play:

- Promote and sell new/used equipment to the customers in a defined sales territory;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers in order to grow the business;
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, the characteristics and the advantages of all equipment which the company could sell;
- Inform the customers about our product offering, as well as promoting diverse purchasing options;
- Work with other departments to ensure the overall success, customer satisfaction and probability expected from a high-profile dealership.


Background Profile:

- An ideal candidate would possess previous sales experience and knowledge of agricultural equipment;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
- Strong negotiating skills;
- Ability to understand and communicate financing with customers;
- Computer experience is essential and ability to travel on a regular basis.
