North Ridge Development Corporation, Saskatchewans leading home builder, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Saskatoon. Our show homes are open evenings and weekends so applicants must be able to work these hours. This is a part time/casual position.
Primary Responsibilities:
Open and prepare the show home for viewing including clean up, lighting, security and signage.
Close the show home and ensure that it is clean, the lights are turned off, doors are locked and the signage is put away.
Work with the Sales Consultant to effectively manage the full cycle sales process.
Assist the Sales Consultant to maintain complete and accurate client files.
Ability to learn new computer programs is essential.
Continuous review of information to understand all North Ridge products.
Greet and provide a brief description of the show home to all visitors and telephone inquiries.
Interact with clients in a polite and outgoing manner.
Answer and/or direct show home inquiries to the Sales Consultant.
Keep detailed documentation of all sales leads.
Identify show home maintenance needs and inform Sales Consultant.
Resolve problems/issues in an effective and timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience and Skills Required:
Experience in the home building industry preferred.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Must have own transportation.
Professional demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize & work independently.
Must be a resident of Saskatchewan and be legally able to work in Canada.
