Sessional Instructor positions are available for the 2024-2025 Fall and Winter terms. Courses are available in: Religious Studies, Catholic Studies, and the Centre for Critical Perspectives on Social Justice. The duties of a sessional lecturer include teaching, marking assignments and examinations, supervising the work of teaching assistants (if applicable), and having regular office hours. Multiple courses are available in multiple departments. We offer competitive stipends and a compensation package that is comparable with the University of Saskatchewan. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in the discipline. Demonstrated experience in the area of the course is expected. Candidates with a Master's Degree and appropriate experience will also be considered. St. Thomas More College recognizes seniority of sessional lecturers in accordance with Article 5.1.10.8 of its Collective Agreement.
