Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Turanich Acquisition Management. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. You will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to our overall success. This position will be an in-office position Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm (excluding weekends and holidays).
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Utilize accounting software to manage transactions and generate reports.
Requirements
Proven experience as an accounts payable/receivable clerk or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for interaction with vendors and internal teams.
Must have a clean criminal record
