Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and communications plans aligned with SHRAs strategic and operational plan.
- Coordinate digital campaigns across web, social media, email and advertising platforms.
- Maintain and update the SHRAs website and social media channels with fresh, engaging content.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, videos and promotional items.
- Support the planning and promotion of recruitment events and career fairs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and best practices in healthcare recruitment marketing and communications.
- Assist in writing and editing copy for press releases, newsletters, annual reports and other communications.
- Support community engagement activities undertaken by the SHRA.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in a marketing, communications, recruitment or healthcare environment.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools like Vengage, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp or similar.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Basic photography, video editing and graphic design skills.
This position is in office in Saskatoon.
