Position | Location: Business Development Manager | Any Trace Office

The Opportunity
    Work with our Vice-President of Strategy and Business Development and key technical staff to bring in work that aligns with our strategic plan.

Responsibilities
    Proactively identify and secure new work with new and existing clients.
    Build and strengthen client relationships.
    Develop and implement BD strategies.
    Write and coordinate winning proposals.
    Oversee the creation of memorable, unique and meaningful social media, promotional and website content.
    Collect and share market intelligence.
    Represent Trace at industry and association events.

About You and Your Qualifications
    10+ years of professional services sales and marketing experience.
    A track record of meeting business development targets by putting the client first.
    Fun yet professional communicator and collaborator who can build strong external and internal relationships.
    You are driven, competitive, organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
    You live our core values of being caring, collaborative, and positive.
    You prioritize health, safety, excellence, and balance.
    Graduated from a college or university with a diploma or degree in business, science or engineering.
