Description

The farm supervisor will work with all field staff, arranging transport to the field, worker duties and the filling of duties as determined.  Daily goals will be communicated by management.  It is the duty of the supervisor to ensure daily goals are met.  This will include the achievement of all production goals, employee safety and food safety records are kept up to date.  Supervisors will report to management end of day to ensure all goals are met and next day operations.  Supervisors are expected to work in the field and wash shed with employees to ensure training and all activities are being performed as per management expectations.  Supervisors will receive performance bonuses based on their onwn ability to communicate and ensure daily production goals are met or exceeded.
