Description

KIMOSO is an international chain of lifestyle stores which brings to you simple, fashionable and trendy additions to your daily life needs.

Job duties:
1. Draft marketing and communications materials such as email campaigns, social media postings, press releases, specification sheets, catalogues, brochures, product presentations, announcements, advertisements, and forms.
2. Plan, develop and organize marketing campaigns, workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes to increase brand awareness.
3. Assist clients (B2C and B2B) with chat support, and respond to written and oral inquiries timely.
4. Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of effective communication strategies and programs, craft compelling marketing pitches to deliver to the internal stakeholders and the outside audience including the customers, vendors, and other potential business partners, expanding the opportunities for stronger brand exposure.
5. Maximize traffic and conversions through PPC campaigns and SEO by targeting terms or keywords search, and image search to increase our brand search accuracy rate and exposure rate to maximize opportunities of converting visitors into customers.
6. Gather and analyze information on client needs and preferences, demographics and buying habits, adjust current strategies to improve the marketing outcome, and identify a potential niche market for sales improvement.
7. Understand the target audience, identify the unique value proposition for the companys products and services, and create a clear, consistent, and recognizable brand message and media content, ensuring regular updates of postings.
8. Produce and analyze reports on the performance of various marketing activities, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
9. Maintain good relationships with both online and offline channel providers to identify best marketing practices.
