Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant for a Regina-area company. This role is often the first point of contact for customers, requiring a professional image in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Professionally answer and direct phone calls.
Warmly greet clients and visitors.
Schedule appointments for staff members
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Ensure the reception and office areas remain clean and organized.
Manage office supplies and office equipment maintenance
Management of calendars
Provide cross-departmental support for various tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
English fluency is a prerequisite.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
Adept in Office Suite applications
Effective multitasking and task prioritization abilities
Strong attention to detail
Confidentiality must be respected.
Digital Advertising / Creativity experience would be a bonus but not a requirement
Proficient in Social Media postings / experience would be an advantage
