We are looking for a skilled and mature journeyman/woman carpenter. We build modular and system-built. You will be able to successfully supervise a crew as a working/hands-on co-ordinator. You will have skills in planning, sequencing, supervising and managing several job sites. You will have demonstrated bringing in projects on time and under budget. We require knowledge of: ICF basements, footings, framing, siding, roofing, flooring and interior finishing. You must be a team player and responsible. Excellent salary (at or above industry standard) for the person who demonstrates solid skills and maturity. Excellent benefits package as well.
Our niche markets are off the beaten path. So, longer days are a must. There is travel with the occasional over night stay.
Transportation/Travel Information
