Description

Communications & Creative Services delivers a wide range of integrated communications and creative service solutions to Concentra Financial.
This position is primarily accountable to support the design and layout, document management, delivery and electronic distribution of Concentra *product support materials and communications.  Additional department administrative functions are also supported.

* Product support materials include electronic, interactive and printed forms, product and legislative manuals, and product communications to clients such as Information Circulars, rate bulletins, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design & layout, revision, retention and electronic distribution of Concentra product support materials as required by various business units.
- Frequent product support material and communication postings to FYI, web site and kXg as well as bulk email communications to clients and other external audiences.
- Mass email database administration and co-ordination.
- Development of templates for corporate identity materials (ie: letterhead, envelopes, business cards, memos, faxes, product feature sheets etc)
- General administrative support including file maintenance, disaster recovery back-ups, master document retention, departmental procedure updates, facilitate and support paper distribution as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of related post-secondary education/training complemented by two years of related experience.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite software
- Solid understanding web publishing principles, mass email systems with basic skills in html
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Excellent creative, consulting, communication and interpersonal skills complemented with proven problem solving skills.
- A strong team player with a collaborative approach to supporting clients? needs.
