- The ability to organize, train and supervise
- Strong mechanical & diagnostic skills
- The ability to manage the entire service operation including shop assignment personnel, and standards on performance
- Demonstrated strong customer service practices
Established in 1984, Farm World is a New Holland dealership expanding for the future. Starting salary is $55,000./year as well as health benefits, and an attractive pension plan.
