Description

We are looking for a creative, collaborative team player to join our Marketing & Communications team. We deliver a wide range of integrated marketing, communications and web solutions to SaskCentral and Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation. This position will be required to lead a number of communications initiatives from initial planning through to implementation and evaluation.

Responsibilities
The ability to provide recommendations on strategic communications and respond to requests for communications plans and materials including presentations, speeches, briefing notes and strategy documents are key drivers to your success. You will also be responsible for media relations.  As part of a cross-functional team, you will provide communications co-ordination and support to SaskCentral departments and standing projects.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Journalism or Liberal Arts, preferably in English. Strong skills in communication analysis and the ability to develop online and hard copy publications from concept through to delivery as well as media relations experience is required. Also required is the ability to work effectively with senior leaders including executive management, the board of directors and peers from partner organizations.
