Job Description: The ideal candidate will have exceptional experience in the areas of organization, planning, attention to details and Microsoft office programs. Experience in the film and television industry is not essential but will be considered an asset.
Typical responsibilities will include: -The management and organization of all assets of the production from conception to wrap of the production including physical and digital elements. This includes logging/labeling and tracking all photos, releases, transcripts, scripts, tapes, etc. from the moment they are obtained to the moment they are wrapped in accordance with the company?s wrap procedures guide. -The planning, scheduling and execution of all travel involved in the production according to strict time lines. This includes sourcing the most efficient and cost effective options for transportation and accommodations as well as ensuring all production and personnel needs are anticipated and dealt with in advance. -Facilitating effective communication between all departments involved in the production and within the company. This includes proper distribution of scripts and callsheets as well as phone calls, arranging meetings and shipping as needed. -The acquisition of all supplies needed for the production. This includes film, tape, stationary and craft services. -The scheduling and execution of postproduction elements as required. This will include transcribing, closed captioning and dubbing. -Assisting all personnel working on the production in any and all ways necessary to complete the production quicker and more efficiently. -Ensuring the company expectations of quality and speed are met. -Representing the production company in a professional and appropriate manner.
