Partners in motion, a Regina based Emmy-Award winning entertainment company is seeking an experienced producer for its corporate and television programs.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of project management, personnel management and financial management. Experience in the film and television industry will be considered an asset.
Typical responsibilities will include:
? Controlling and approving all expenses accrued by the production including labour and internal expenses
? Designing, approving and enforcing the daily schedule for all production phases and personnel
? Managing and if necessary, ensuring adequate training for the personnel that work on the production
? Ensuring the company expectations of quality and speed are met
? Ensuring all company policies are followed by the production and all personnel working on the production
? Ensuring all the requirements of the broadcaster/client are met
? Guiding and supporting the creative phases of the production to create a product within the guidelines of the budget, schedule and quality
? Managing the project cash flow/payments that are contingent upon deliverables
? Representing the production company in a professional and appropriate manner
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in the areas of administration, project management or related field
? Ability to think strategically, make decisions and solve problems
? Knowledge of the corporate and broadcast industry in and around Saskatchewan and Canada
? Extreme attention to detail and adhering to schedules
? Extremely comfortable engaging in all forms of communications with clients
? Must be creative, adaptive and achievement-oriented
? Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
? Team-oriented and a motivated self-starter
