Extra Foods accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Store Manager. We are looking for talented, passionate leaders with:
- A proven record of leading teams and growing sales
- Experience managing retail operations
- Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, engagement and retention
- Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results
In this exciting role, you will:
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving P&L and sales targets
- Work in collaboration with Store Manager to execute business plans
- Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers
- Be constantly on the lookout for great talent to join our team
- Provide input to the Store Manager to help shape business unit strategy
- Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards
- Monitor the competitive environment in your market and propose unique responses
