Creative Services Consultant
(Permanent Position)

Communications & Creative Services delivers a wide range of integrated communications and creative service solutions to Concentra Financial.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fulfill the delivery of print and/or web based design projects, with focus on client satisfaction:
-    Consultation and liaison within a multidisciplinary environment to ascertain creative services needs and recommend medium and design best suited to fulfill those needs; print, web-based, presentation, multimedia or a combination.
-    Support the documentation of significant projects in design briefs created to capture project requirements, including estimated cost of materials and time, within delivery timeframes.
-    Develop graphic elements and layouts to meet project objectives using the appropriate image processing, layout, design, and multimedia or web development software.
-    Research, review and repurpose past design project work.
-    Support the planning, design, writing, modification, integration and testing of website related code.
-    Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls on web-based delivery systems.
-    Co-ordinate production and delivery aspects
Contribute to the professional corporate image of Concentra:
-    Brand monitoring and adherence to standards, ensuring outputs reflect professionally and positively on the company.
-    Use existing photo and illustration banks, typography guides and brand standards/templates to produce materials that meet identified needs.
-    Maintain brand standards guide, revising as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-    Mac and Windows O.S. proficiency
-    In-depth understanding of the following applications: MS Office, Access, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash
-    Expert level design skills
-    Knowledge of web design principles, cascading style sheets, programming constructs Microsoft Office SharePoint, and HTML are also desirable.
-    Strong scheduling and collaboration skills
