A full-time Program Manager to manage SaskCulture's external programs and services, including the assessment & reporting process, overseeing consultation & support to adjudication process, developing & conducting evaluation for programs, evaluating effectiveness of the organization, overseeing delivery & outreach of the organization's programs & services, evaluating the cultural community human resource training needs & providing resources and opportunities for human resource development.
