Description

Position available for either Swift Current or North Battleford. This highly motivated, goal-oriented, individual actively supports and provides leadership to the Board of Directors in fulfillment of its governance mandate; you will manage an effective risk and compliance program that will enable the Board to fulfill its oversight responsibilities.  The position manages corporate and regulatory risk within the ERM framework, and assurance reporting on all material aspects of operations.  It will serve as primary resource to executive management team and board committees regarding governance, compliance and risk management.

The successful candidate will be results driven, accompanied by the capacity to anticipate potential obstacles and seamless integration of activities, exceptional interpersonal abilities for relationship management.  In addition they will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical standards.
