Established manufacturer of agricultural and light industrial material handling equipment (www.leonsmfg.com and www.ramrodequip.com) based in Yorkton, Saskatchewan requires an Engineering Technologist to joins its Engineering team.
The candidate will primarily be involved with product design and engineering activities, manufacturing, quality control customer support and research activities. In addition to technical engineering expertise, strong communication and organizational skills will be necessary to liaise confidently with internal and external Customers on product support, designs, and new business initiatives.
Candidates for consideration will have graduated from post-secondary training in an Engineering discipline (mechanical, industrial or similar) with an aptitude for design, problem solving and new product development. Exposure tometal fabricating, manufacturing and familiarity with farm and light industrial equipment is beneficial. Full training and product orientation will be provided to the successful candidate.
