Assists the Creative Director in meeting client creative needs and achieving the goals and objectives of the company. Develops strong creative campaigns and works to enhance quality of creative product by building strong ties between creative and clients, and between creative and account services. Typical activities:
-maintains communications with senior creative personnel on strategy development, projects and/or problems
-direct, develop and execute creative materials
-actively participate in client presentations; both in discovery meetings, as well as the presentation of completed creative strategies and executions
-provide creative leadership and mentor the creative team
-lead projects, critique work and approve final design executions
-inspire creative team to constantly strive for excellence in the they work they produce
-maintain creative standards for the department
-challenge and introduce new and innovative methods of creative execution
-maintain and encourage a positive creative culture
-be strategic when identifying project deliverables, think before designing, support the project goals, support the business goals and determine overall design strategy
